Sarangarh-Bilaigarh District – Came into existence as its own district on 1 September 2022. District number in Chhattisgarh – 30th. Population of the district – 6,07,434(Six Lakh Seventeen Thousand Four Thousands  and Thirty four ) (2011 Census) in which Anu. J.J. 13.33: And SC 28.62 Area of the district is 165014 hectares, total Gram Panchayat in the district – 349, total revenue villages – 759.

The district is surrounded by Sarangarh-Bilaigarh district in the north direction – Raigarh district in the south direction – Mahasamund district in the east direction – Bargarh (Orissa) district in the west direction – Balodabazar district in the north-west – Jajgir-Champa district. Tehsil in the district –
