This is to inform the general public that, under the ‘Land Purchase Policy 2016 (based on mutual consent),’ the purchase of land is being considered in favor of the Executive Engineer, Public Works Department (Bridge Construction Division, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh). This land is required for the “Bridge and Approach Road over Leelar Nala” project, affecting landholders in Village Pikri (Patwari Halka No. 14), Tehsil Sarangarh, District Sarangarh-Bilaigarh (Chhattisgarh). If anyone has any objection regarding the title or ownership of the land specified in the attachment, they may submit a written objection—either personally or through an authorized advocate, supported by evidence—to the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) cum Land Acquisition Officer, Sarangarh, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice.
